Inquiries and quotes

A submitted brief is an inquiry, not an accepted order. We confirm the seller, production partner, exact specification and revision, proof, quantity, materials, shipping, tax and production window in the final quote. Changed specifications need a new quote and approval. Initial previews are unprinted prototypes.

Payment and delivery

Payment is collected by the seller through a hosted invoice after you accept the proof, complete price and production slot. CooperLux supports orders placed here; Cooper Print Design supports orders placed on its site. Supplier payments and any partner credits are separate from your payment and refund. Any separate parcels are disclosed before payment.

Corrections, cancellations and remedies

The final quote states its included proof correction, cancellation cutoff, production timing and the remedy for a defect or a delivery that differs from the accepted proof. Contact the seller with your order reference before returning an item. This page does not waive applicable consumer rights.

Standard digital license

Wholly owned CooperLux model packages permit personal and internal-business printing. You may not redistribute, upload, share or resell the files or sell printed copies under this license. Ask for a separate commercial license if needed. Customer artwork remains the customer’s and is never added to the catalog automatically.

Download links expire seven days after issue; the license continues. Contact your seller for support with an expired link. Packages provide STL, geometry-only 3MF, dimensions and instructions. Slice for your own machine; no printer profile or G-code is supplied.

Privacy

We collect your email, brief, quantity and selected design to respond to your request. Unconverted inquiries are retained for 30 days. Accepted order, payment and tax records are retained as needed for fulfillment and recordkeeping. We share only the manufacturing and delivery information a named production partner needs. We do not add you to marketing lists through this form.

Design choices stay in this browser tab’s session storage so you can move between steps; closing the tab clears this local storage in ordinary browser use. Payment details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted page. Contact dane@cooperlux.com about your information or a quote.
